I am a writer based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. An alumnus of Westminster College (BA - English) and the University of Texas at Austin (MFA - Fiction), I have been awarded several honors from those schools for my writing (Best Creative Writing Thesis - Westminster College and Best Fiction Thesis - New Writers Project at UT Austin) and was chosen in 2014 as Norman Mailer Center fellow. During my time as an undergraduate I was also a Ronald E. McNair scholar, a program designed to help prepare students from non-traditional backgrounds for graduate studies by providing experience with research.
In my work life I've had extensive experience managing customer accounts, logistics, and inventory in a collaborative office setting. I am a quick learner and hard working.
