Mikaela Martin
@mikaelamartin
I’m a content manager and English educator who builds brand voice and curricula that engage and convert.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Content Manager and Brand Voice Writer at Nu Agency/Storagely.io (May 2020–Present), where I write and edit blog posts, eBooks, webpages, articles, and other resources. I create a brand voice for a SaaS product, manage a team of content writers, and build content strategy for clients. I also stay up to date with digital marketing trends, including SEO, AI, and marketing strategies.
Alongside content work, I’m a High School and College English Teacher (May 2020–Present). I grade a variety of English assignments, create and implement an online English curriculum, and communicate with students to provide resources that encourage student success.
Earlier, I taught High School English at Drummond High School (July 2018–July 2021), covering 9–12 grade English, Honors English, College Writing, yearbook, journalism, and creative writing. I taught multiple novels, created eight different curricula for all grades, and supported students with Honors classes and ACT/SAT prep, including dual credit college courses in partnership with Helena College.
My leadership and writing strengths started before the classroom: I served as a Senior Clerk/Manager at The Book Exchange, and I was a Lead Creative Editorialist for MuggleNet.com (May 2017–February 2020), writing and publishing at least two articles a month and working proficiently with WordPress. Across my roles, I prioritize quality, clear communication, and learning experiences built around critical thinking, writing workshops, discussions, and creative projects.
