I’m a CompTIA Security+-certified IT professional transitioning into cybersecurity, with hands-on experience supporting Windows PCs and troubleshooting connectivity, printers, and desktops with security best practices. I also built and reviewed application code in C#/.NET and ASP.NET MVC, focusing on secure architecture and code maintainability.

At Neobrokers and CatManDo, I worked on production codebases—supporting .NET Framework (ASP.NET MVC, C#, DevExpress), contributing to secure, maintainable feature development, and using SQL for data validation and integrity checks. I used Git for source control, code review, and auditable change tracking across development teams.

In support and tiered service desk roles, I triaged tickets, practiced systematic root-cause analysis, queried SQL databases to validate information flow, and documented support processes to strengthen internal consistency. I also administered user access controls, handled password resets, and applied patching and hardening to reduce attack surface.

Right now, I’m building defensive cybersecurity skills through TryHackMe, UCT Fundamentals of Cybersecurity, and The Linux Foundation—focused on threat analysis, network security, and incident-minded operations—aiming for a junior analyst or SOC role where my analytical rigour can help.
