As an IRS Tax Examining Clerk, I reviewed and processed sensitive tax documentation with high accuracy, identified discrepancies, resolved errors per federal guidelines, and maintained strict confidentiality—skills I now apply to healthcare administrative support as well. I’m also trained with a Medical Billing and Coding Certification, Certified Phlebotomy Technician credentials, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
