What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply marketplace, operations, forecasting, and partner-management experience in a fast-paced consumer-facing environment where I can turn operational insights into stronger execution and planning.

I've supported concessions operations at the Port of Portland, analyzing tenant sales, customer traffic, and operating metrics to inform leadership decisions and improve performance. I also helped onboard 24 tenants for the PDX Terminal Core Redevelopment, supporting operational readiness and revenue opportunities.

At Coyote Logistics, I managed customer, carrier, and internal partnerships in a high-volume logistics marketplace. I used transportation performance and demand data to support forecasting, resolve disruptions, and maintain service continuity.

Earlier, at Enterprise Truck Rental, I supported account planning, utilization analysis, inventory allocation, and customer service for a diverse account base. I'm continuing to develop my operations toolkit through Airtable, Lean Six Sigma, and Miro certifications.
