I’m looking for a fast-paced, growing retail organization where I can work in the national/international retail industry, lead teams, improve customer engagement, track KPI, manage daily operations, and strengthen loss prevention and sales through strong selling skills.

I’m an enthusiastic executive and Department Manager with 7+ years of experience in retail and customer service, including cash and customer service desk handling. I lead teams with a focus on tracking sales and KPI, maintaining strong in-store operations, and driving daily target & achievement reporting.

In my roles, I manage department visual merchandising—planograms weekly, visual merchandising, and customer engagement activities—while also handling loss prevention, replenishment, inwarding/outwarding, and inventory management (SIT & SOH, fill control, and SOH tracking).
