At ByteBridge Technologies, I support end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
I screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews, assessing technical skills, communication, availability, and salary expectations. I coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, manage candidate pipelines, and prepare daily recruitment MIS reports covering submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status.
Previously, at Coromandel International Limited, I developed and standardized more than 20 job descriptions using competency mapping. I also supported onboarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, and HR MIS reporting.
My MBA in Human Resources and Marketing is supported by practical work in HR analytics, including an employee retention study that examined attrition drivers, engagement, compensation, attendance, and career growth.
