I've delivered end-to-end technical recruitment for Deloitte (HashedIn), Cielo Talent, and Concentrix, hiring engineering, product, and technology talent under aggressive timelines.
At Deloitte (HashedIn), I manage 12–16 technical hires monthly across Java, Python, QA, SDET, automation, data engineering, UiPath, and frontend roles. I partner with 5–8 hiring managers, maintain a 76% offer-to-join ratio, and fill technical positions in 15–20 days.
I've also supported campus hiring across engineering colleges, contributing to 700–800 graduate hires in an annual recruitment cycle. My work includes recruitment calendars, assessments, interview logistics, placement-cell coordination, candidate engagement, and onboarding.
Earlier, I delivered recruitment for IBM and Invest Cloud through Cielo Talent and built HR and workforce reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI at Concentrix. I bring hands-on experience in sourcing, recruitment operations, talent mapping, reporting, and candidate experience.
