I’m a customer service-driven facilitator and retail professional who enjoys getting results quickly and keeping people satisfied. I’ve worked across order-focused operations and hands-on store roles, building trust with customers and coworkers.

As an FPS Facilitator at Giant Food Company, I stepped into a managerial position overseeing orders and department workflow. I earned positive feedback from peers and managers for being swift at getting the job done.

I’ve also supported customers directly as a Sales Associate at Dick’s Sporting goods, keeping the sales floor clean and helping shoppers with fitting rooms and department needs. At ACA CIA Flower Shop, I handled large-scale daily tasks like cleaning flowers and delivering arrangements, and I took responsibility for opening/closing the store and running it alone.

Most recently, as a Merchandising Service Team member at Lowes, I worked on merchandising displays and inventory while coordinating changes with other departments. I bring strong communication, strategic thinking, and a quick-learning mindset to keep operations running smoothly.
