At Farmers Mutual Hail, I’m the lead engineer on a production agentic RAG assistant on AWS Bedrock used by 3,000+ people. I was the sole developer on its single-agent redesign, making answers faster and cheaper with answer quality unchanged.
I expanded retrieval from two domains to six RAG tools and co-built the HR domain end-to-end. I also built and maintain an evaluation suite with a 120-question golden set, and run development, QA, and production environments with Terraform.
Alongside my AI work, I migrated 25+ legacy SAS programs to Python as sole maintainer. I also build and host websites for small businesses as a freelance full-stack web developer, and work on projects including Windrow, Receipt OCR, and Thriftin.
