I’m an operations manager and semiconductor manufacturing professional focused on workforce operations, incident documentation, and quality-minded follow-through. I support leadership with accurate reporting, clear documentation, and practical process improvements that improve daily execution.

In my current contract role, I manage daily operational follow-up for 80+ contingent workers, including attendance, coverage, employee coaching, performance documentation, and escalation support. I also investigate and document workplace incidents by reviewing statements, preserving objective details, and coordinating appropriately with leadership or security.

On the manufacturing side, I use high-precision AFM and laser equipment to analyze and repair microscopic photomask defects that support lithography and semiconductor manufacturing quality standards. I select repair strategies based on defect type, measurement data, physical location, production risk, and quality impact, and I diagnose basic software, equipment, and workflow issues impacting precision instrumentation.

I’ve also built reporting workflows and dashboards to strengthen operational visibility. From Excel/VBA and SQL reporting to Smartsheet and Power Automate tracking, I consolidate complex data, validate information, and improve stakeholder clarity—whether in semiconductor operations or business reporting environments.
