I’m looking for a remote position where my organizational and customer support skills help the team succeed. I want to apply my customer service strengths, fast learning, and problem-solving to drive business growth.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in customer service, retail operations, and academic support. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relations skills, and I learn new systems quickly while maintaining professionalism.

In my customer-facing work at TM Mobiles Limited, I assisted customers with purchasing mobile phones and accessories, provided knowledgeable product recommendations, and handled inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely way. I also processed cash, card, and digital payments accurately, supported transaction records, and activated phones while guiding customers through setup and basic troubleshooting.

Beyond direct customer service, I supported daily store operations by organizing merchandise displays, restocking inventory, and maintaining a clean sales environment. I collaborated with team members to meet daily sales goals and promoted store products, special offers, and services to increase customer engagement.

I’ve also strengthened my people and support skills through one-on-one tutoring and hands-on salon assistance. As a Private Tutor, I provided academic support for a Grade 1 student across core subjects and helped build confidence with patient, structured learning. In my role as a Cosmetologist Assistant at S&R Beauty Salon, I supported braiding services, maintained sanitation and health & safety standards, and contributed to positive client experiences through attention to detail and efficient service support.
