What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and coach teams where I can improve metrics, strengthen client relationships, and drive efficiency—while supporting multiple business lines and adapting quickly to new processes.

I’m currently a Team Lead at TaskUs, supervising alongside a team of 7 other Team Leads. I was recently awarded the “Continuous Self Improvement” Core Value for my dedication to my teams and my own improvement.

In the 16 months since beginning my current role, I’ve adapted quickly to supporting multiple lines of business and various clientele. Across several campaigns, I focus on improving metrics, fostering human connections, and pursuing efficiency.

Before Team Lead work, I served as a Call Center Representative and was selected for the first training wave of the crash pilot line of business after only 3 months on the team. I also contributed as a Cross-Functional Specialist through process optimization, training, and client relationship building, which strengthened how I lead and improve operations today.
