I'm supporting IAM operations at Credence Management Solutions for 500+ user accounts across 10+ secure DoD systems. I manage provisioning, deprovisioning, account changes, role updates, and access reviews while maintaining compliance with IAM policies.

I administer access through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, enforce RBAC and least privilege, and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, lockouts, and application-permission issues. I also use ServiceNow workflows, Excel reporting, and audit-ready documentation to investigate discrepancies and resolve access issues.

Previously, I supported IAM and IGA processes for the City of Pensacola, including access controls for airport systems, SIDA badging, fingerprinting, vehicle permits, key control, and elevated permissions. At Arsiem Corporation, I tested SSO flows in the Cyber Range Launcher project and documented remediation work through GitHub.

My background also includes aviation operations with the United States Air Force, where I coordinated flight clearances, operational directives, flight plans, and aviation safety reporting. I bring an active Secret Security Clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and a practical focus on secure, compliant identity access.
