I’m looking for a high-growth tech environment where I can lead execution for executive teams—building OKR rhythms, operational governance, and AI-enabled workflows—to turn strategic priorities into measurable delivery.

I make organisations easier to run by partnering with founders and executive teams to turn strategic priorities into execution. I bring structure to messy problems, keep leadership aligned on what matters most, and translate decisions into delivery momentum—so progress doesn’t stall in meetings.

Over the last decade, I’ve progressed from Technical Project Manager to CEO, most recently at Linum Labs, where I led operational growth and performance improvements, including reaching breakeven within 12 months. I build executive reporting and decision support, operating cadences (OKRs and quarterly planning), and cross-functional governance that make execution predictable, especially across globally distributed teams, while using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gamma to automate and strengthen executive workflows.
