What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative Agile team role where I can lead QA/UAT efforts, improve test processes, mentor testers, and ensure high-quality releases across web, mobile and POS platforms.

I am a Senior QA Analyst with extensive experience testing across full software and website development lifecycles in industries including medical, e-commerce, hospitality, shipping and entertainment. I have worked with Waterfall and Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) teams to implement functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing across browsers, mobile platforms and POS terminals.

I've led and coordinated QA and UAT efforts — creating test plans, cases and traceability matrices; managing defect lifecycles in tools such as HP ALM, Jira/Zphyr, and Azure DevOps; and producing UAT signoffs, dashboards and metrics that supported successful releases. I have experience training and managing small QA teams and collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts and offshore teams.

My technical toolkit includes BrowserStack, Postman, SQL/PL-SQL for backend validation, QTP/UFT, WinRunner, Zephyr, Confluence and MS Office suite. I focus on clear communication, thorough test coverage, and dependable delivery of high-quality software to end users.
