As an Insurance Agent, I work from home handling member care, claims, and call-center interactions using Microsoft Word and remote-work tools. I have a track record of supporting members and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. I prefer remote roles and thrive in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.

Earlier, I trained and worked as a CNA in two nursing homes and served as a crew member at Pet Supplies Plus, which sharpened my caregiving and retail customer-service skills. I am eager to complete licensing, continue learning, and contribute to a team focused on member support and claims work.
