What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my telecommunications implementation, technical documentation, process improvement, and training experience to complex technical projects and operational support teams.

At Speedcast Communications, I support telecommunications implementations by aligning project managers, engineering teams, and customers. I create scopes of work, test procedures, network schematics, and documentation while standardizing handovers from projects to support.

Previously at ITC Global, I provided senior remote troubleshooting for satellite, LTE, and IP network systems serving Oil and Gas, Maritime, and Mining industries. I improved workflows, reported KPIs, built technical knowledge-base resources, and led new-hire and continuous technical training.

My U.S. Army communications experience includes leading and training system-operator teams, planning tactical satellite communications, and configuring and maintaining satellite, line-of-sight, LTE, and IP network components. I bring hands-on technical planning, troubleshooting, process improvement, and execution to complex operational environments.
