I was responsible for preparing and delivering medications throughout the hospital, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. I directly provided medications to patients or nurses, maintaining high standards of patient care.

I updated patient profiles and insurance information, ensuring all records were current and accurate. I prepared medications and provided excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs and GoodRX consultations.

I managed front desk operations, assisting patients and handling insurance billing. I updated patient charts, verified insurance, and ensured the front office was clean and organized.

Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Nursing online at Durham Technical Community College.
