I've led insurance restoration and reconstruction work across Texas, from initial inspections and documentation through estimating, negotiation, rebuilds, and final payment.

At ServiceMaster TEAM, I handled fire claims from start to finish, project-managed reconstruction, taught monthly continuing-education classes for insurance adjusters and agents, and learned carrier program requirements. As a partner at 365 Restore, I provided dryout, packout, and rebuild services for insurance claims.

At Palafox Construction Group, I opened the water division, taught Xactimate and claim supplementation, led sales and training meetings, supported adjuster meetings, marketed to agents, and oversaw production.

As a licensed Public Adjuster at YPA Public Adjusters, I worked large-loss claims end to end and personally inspected, negotiated, and closed about 120 claims during the April 2021 Freeze. Earlier, at Austin Southwest Roofing, I sold and managed exterior projects across Texas and earned Nationwide Insurance's Blue Hammer Award.
