At Capital Blue Cross, I lead systems analysis for modernization initiatives supporting healthcare quoting and enrollment. I designed and implemented a canonical enterprise data model to enable a unified data architecture and future API-driven integrations.
I also serve as Scrum Master for the Enabler Pod, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and coordinate work across teams. I partner with senior leadership and engineering teams on product roadmaps and deliver executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes.
At EOS Worldwide, I led the Data Engineering and Analytics organization and managed data engineers and data scientists. I designed and implemented a cloud-based data lake supporting enterprise analytics and reporting across four regions.
Earlier at EOS Worldwide, I led proof-of-concept development for a centralized data lake integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, internal systems, and flat files, and provided Tier 2 production support for the EOS One application. At Qualfon Data Services, I directed production support and engineering teams and, as a Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master, managed client requests and facilitated Agile ceremonies.
