Hi, I’m Jackson — an Intune-focused System Administrator and Desktop Engineer who loves turning messy endpoint environments into clean, scalable, automated systems. I specialize in modern management, device compliance, Autopilot deployments, and building PowerShell solutions that save teams time (and occasionally save someone’s sanity).

Over the last several years, I’ve worked across service desk, infrastructure, and engineering roles, giving me a full-stack view of how endpoints actually behave in the real world — not just in documentation. I’m the person who enjoys digging into a stubborn enrollment issue, redesigning a policy set, or straightening out a lifecycle process that’s gotten ignored for too long.

Outside of work, I’m a dog owner to a very opinionated pup and a long-time gamer, which means I’ve developed both patience and lightning-fast troubleshooting reflexes. Both come in handy in IT far more often than you’d think.
