At Médecins Sans Frontières Eastern Africa, I guide international mobile staff through recruitment, deployment, career development, and re-entry across demanding operational contexts. I manage a multi-country talent pool, match staff to programme opportunities, and provide trust-based career counselling and performance coaching.

I've delivered people-centred HR solutions across NGO, public health, and humanitarian settings, including LVCT Health and KASH. My work spans full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll compliance, policy improvement, and staff wellbeing.

I led an ERP rollout that reduced hiring time by 30%, coordinated recruitment for more than 100 technical and programme roles, and supported the transition of 500+ Ministry of Health staff while achieving 95% staffing-gap closure.

Alongside my MSF role, I provide freelance HR consulting, career coaching, mentorship, CV and LinkedIn optimisation, interview coaching, policy support, training facilitation, and practical HR templates. I enjoy helping individuals and organisations build clearer, stronger pathways for growth.
