At Osa Commerce, I transformed customer support operations by implementing a new ticketing platform, backlog governance, and standardized resolution processes. These changes reduced open customer tickets from 415 to 84.
I also developed standardized implementation methods that reduced onboarding timelines by 71%, and reworked the Statement of Work framework to clarify scope, deliverables, and responsibilities. I built and scaled the Professional Services and Customer Support organization while aligning customer-facing operations with retention, adoption, and satisfaction.
Before Osa Commerce, I directed Professional Services project managers at Deposco Inc and standardized project processes, documents, and templates. Across earlier roles at QGenda, LLC and Manhattan Associates, I worked on customer implementations, onboarding, project delivery, and software configuration. I hold a PMP certification and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
