What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own complex voice/video and remote access systems end-to-end—planning, migrating, and improving security and reliability—while collaborating with business stakeholders and leading teams to deliver results.

I’m a systems engineer who thrives on planning, coordinating, and delivering critical voice, video, and remote application infrastructure—especially when reliability, security, and tight timelines matter. I’ve led migrations and implementations that keep emergency services and business communications running with zero or minimal disruption.

At California Resources Corporation, I ran the Collaboration team and the Citrix team, overseeing systems for voice, video, chat, teleconferencing, and remote access. I merged voice and video infrastructure for “Fortune 1000” companies during acquisitions, migrated voice infrastructure across data centers for emergency services with zero downtime, and delivered E911 solutions for satellite offices using centralized SIP.

I also modernized Citrix by consolidating multiple Citrix versions into a single environment and migrating to a unified cloud-based control model. I upgraded legacy auth to SAML 2.0 token-based login with MFA, secured application access in an air-gapped high-security automation network, and supported business onboarding for remote applications during work-from-home initiatives.

Beyond corporate IT, I own and operate businesses and a non-profit, and I’ve managed the real-world logistics of teams, campaigns, and high-stress operations. As a SCUBA instructor, I bring the same disciplined focus on safety, training quality, and confidence-building—so people learn, retain, and succeed.
