I’m a Computer Science (Multimedia Computing) graduate who built my career around IT support, customer problem-solving, and learning across wide-ranging tasks. I’m finding a job that suits my skills, experience, and passion to sharpen my skills and broaden my knowledge.
In my current role as a Support Analyst - L1 at Global Test Centre Support Analyst - L1, I respond to incoming support inquiries via chat, email and calls. I assess case severity, deliver resolutions through systematic problem identification and research, maintain correct documentation in Salesforce, monitor queues, and prioritize tasks by importance and urgency.
Previously, as a Junior IT Executive at Everhigher Data Recovery Centre Malaysia, I supported prospective clients with strong knowledge of data recovery and IT related services. I solved end-user technical issues using remote access technology, arranged on-site preventive maintenance, and coordinated with a Singapore specialist for Malaysia recovery cases. Earlier experience in Junior Online Business Development included website design/testing and updating database/e-commerce sites, plus social media content, copywriting, and photo/GIF editing.
