What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level IT role focusing on web, system, or technical support where I can apply dashboard and data skills, contribute to UX improvements, and continue developing technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

I am an IT graduate with practical experience in web maintenance, dashboard layout support, and data organization gained through internships and a junior IT role. I focus on clear data presentation and maintain structured digital records to improve usability and accuracy.

During my tenure as a Junior IT Executive, I assisted in designing and revising Power BI dashboards, contributed to UI/UX tasks using Figma, and performed data cleaning and Excel de-duplication to reduce inconsistencies. I also supported administrative IT tasks including file structuring and content updates.

My internship work included maintaining and updating a faculty marketing website, ensuring responsive navigation, and designing over 10 digital visuals to support online content. Earlier experience involved mobile device management processing and internal data reporting.

I hold a Bachelor of Information Technology (Big Data Technology) and relevant certifications including CompTIA Tech+ and Oracle Academy Database Design. I am seeking an entry-level IT role where I can contribute to web, system, or technical support functions while continuing to grow my technical skills.
