What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering secure, highly available enterprise environments through firewall, cloud security, VPN, proxy, and load-balancing engineering, while leading escalations, upgrades, and customer-focused operations.

I've supported Verizon's managed security services for 500+ customers, leading escalations and resolving complex firewall, VPN, proxy, and load-balancer incidents. I manage Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, FortiGate, Check Point, Zscaler, Bluecoat, and F5 environments while driving upgrades, audits, and high-availability operations.

Previously, I led AWS web-server migrations for 500 Unilever websites, coordinating cloud operations, monitoring, documentation, and production cutovers. I focus on secure, reliable enterprise and banking environments with minimal disruption.
