What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can resolve issues clearly, support people across communication channels, collaborate with operations teams, and help improve service processes.

At Fetch Package, I respond to resident inquiries by phone, email, text, and live chat while troubleshooting technical problems and delivering clear solutions.

I relay operational issues to warehouse teams and operations managers, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, and identify communication patterns that can improve company processes. I've worked with Zendesk, Slack, Guru, Nectar, Stella Connect, Gladly, and Google Spaces.

My background also includes childcare, supporting children and teens with special needs, and creating welcoming member experiences at Highland Springs Country Club.
