What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or international work where I can support executives and customers, coordinate across teams, document processes, and keep cases moving to resolution with clear communication and reliable follow-through.

I’m an ALX Africa–certified Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience delivering administrative support, customer support, and technical/product support. I’m known for staying organized across multiple competing priorities while communicating clearly and following through until issues are resolved.

In my current role as a Technical Support & Product Support Specialist, I serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and keeping customers informed end-to-end. I log, track, and follow up on reported issues while coordinating across customers, product, and engineering teams to drive resolution.

I also bring strong executive and operational support experience from past roles, including managing day-to-day client communications and accounts, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate client records. I’ve supported marketing workflows as well—creating social media content and assisting marketing campaigns from concept through publishing.

Across all of my work, I’m comfortable collaborating independently across time zones using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and I use tools like Canva, Jira, and other remote-collaboration platforms to keep work structured. I support process documentation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, capturing feedback to inform improvements.
