What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an Ad Operations Manager role on a remote team where I can apply my TV advertising operations experience and learn programmatic tools such as The Trade Desk and Google Ads.

At Knocking Inc., a US content-commerce company running TV advertising deals with brands, I handled each deal’s operational work from proposal to air date. I ran final QA on 50+ deals a month, checking pricing, product data, and scheduling, with a ~95% first-pass approval rate.

I resolved mismatches between brand offers and their websites on 10+ deals a week, working with the pricing team and brand representatives until they matched. I also confirmed TV air dates, renegotiated timing when calendars changed, and tracked 20+ recorded segments a week, flagging gaps to production.
