Ivana Pavlovic

I am an experienced IT Consultant with a strong background in overseeing projects and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Currently, I serve as a Senior IT Consultant, where I manage applications upgrades and data migration projects. My role involves effective communication across teams and meticulous budget and team utilization planning as Team Head Deputy. I have developed strong vendor relationships, ensuring that we meet SLAs and internal KPIs consistently.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Manufacturing Planner at Robert Bosch D.O.O., where I initiated cost-saving and line relocation projects in the supply chain area. I coordinated cross-functional teams towards operational excellence and hosted customer representatives’ visits and audits. My leadership was instrumental in successfully leading six production lines in the automotive industry and implementing applications upgrades in the life sciences sector.

With a Master's degree in Management of Production and Services from the Faculty of Organizational Science, I have combined my academic knowledge with practical experience. I was recognized for my practical and presentation skills, winning the Case Study Challenge at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, which led to an internship at Brasidas Group.
