What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can manage and validate operational data, create reports and dashboards in Excel, and support planning and decision-making. I’m particularly interested in data management, reporting, operations analysis, production planning, and project coordination roles where I can improve processes and work with international teams.

I’m a Data Management Specialist focused on making operational performance visible through strong data management, KPI reporting, and Excel/VBA automation. I’ve worked across steel foundry production planning and automotive project data management, with a consistent emphasis on data quality and actionable insights.

In my recent Materials Engineer / Production Planner role at TERMOVENT SC LIVNICA CELIKA AD, I supported production planning in a steel foundry environment and monitored KPIs, scrap rates, and order fulfillment. I also performed production data analysis and capacity reviews, and I developed an APS-style production planning model in Excel/VBA.

Previously as a Project Specialist at ZÜRNER technologies GmbH, I supported data management, reporting, forecasting, and system improvement work in an automotive project environment aligned with Porsche / Volkswagen Group requirements. I processed, structured, and validated operational data for reporting and management-level decision-making, building Excel-based KPI reports, dashboards, forecasts, and data tracking tools.

I’m the bridge between business users and software developers during internal system changes, contributing to requirement clarification, functional specification preparation, testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). I improve reporting consistency and data quality through structured templates, validation checks, and Excel/VBA-based automation—reducing manual effort and strengthening operational visibility.
