I manage complex grievances, disciplinary cases, workplace conflict allegations, and employment-law matters, working with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leadership on compliant resolutions. I also provide HR Business Partner support for an assigned market and have taken on responsibilities for two additional countries.
I developed SOPs, trained and onboarded colleagues, and improved HR processes, including redesigning a recurring meal-voucher process using Excel automation to reduce processing time by about 50%. Before my promotion, I ranked among the top three of a 30-person global HR team for eight consecutive months.
