At La Víbria Intercultural, I coordinated 9 Erasmus+ projects involving more than 250 international participants, from planning and application through implementation and final reporting. I also coordinated a five-day international seminar for 45 participants from 5 countries, managing an approximately €26,000 budget.
As a freelance Erasmus+ Trainer & Facilitator, I designed and delivered international training courses for youth workers, teachers and other education professionals. I created curricula and workshops using non-formal, experiential and gamified learning methods.
At SimBim, I coordinated daily business operations, financial administration and cross-functional activities. I managed CRM records, invoices and reporting, and introduced digital tools and AI-assisted workflows to streamline routine processes.
My background also includes teaching history, civics and human studies, and supporting international youth and educational projects. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy and Teaching of History, Civic & Human Studies from Tallinn University.
