I build end-to-end analytics solutions for e-commerce and retail, from data quality auditing and SQL analysis to stakeholder-facing dashboards and business recommendations.
In my customer lifetime value project, I analyzed 5,000 customers and found the top 10% generated 52% of total revenue. I built a regression model using first-90-day behavior to identify high-potential customers for VIP onboarding.
I also delivered an RFM segmentation and predictive scoring pipeline across SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI. The model achieved 94.6% accuracy and a 0.90 F1-score, while the analysis showed 428 high-quality customers generated 49.3% of revenue.
Alongside analytics, I manage Google and Meta Ads for e-commerce clients, reaching a peak 70x ROAS, and independently build and deploy digital products using Git-based workflows.
