I’m looking for an operations and supply chain role where I can streamline workflows, strengthen inventory control, and enforce safety—using my MBA, hands-on management experience, and Navy-level accountability to improve results.

I’m an Operations & Supply Chain professional with an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a background in the Bangladesh Navy. I focus on streamlining operational workflows and inventory management to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes—even under pressure.

In my civilian roles, I’ve led end-to-end operational processes and partner coordination to ensure seamless service delivery. I implement cost-control measures, maintain comprehensive compliance records, and optimize daily operations through inventory audits and timely stock replenishment.

As an Operations Manager, I also prioritized operational uptime by supervising store machinery and facility maintenance, while enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols. I’ve managed teams, optimized shift schedules for efficiency, and supported technical problem-solving to keep equipment readiness at peak performance.

Earlier, in the Bangladesh Navy, I served as a subject matter expert in Fire Fighting and Damage Control, ensuring team safety during emergencies. I performed routine inspections of electrical systems, identified system faults, and communicated complex issues to senior technicians for rapid resolution.
