I’m looking for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where I can own Oracle/PLSQL ERP and application support, deliver workaround solutions, and lead incident management—while partnering closely with business and technical teams to reach closure.

I bring over 10 years of focused experience in training, software development, application support, ERP support, programming, data analysis, database implementation, and backend engineering. I’ve worked across telecommunication, oil and gas, government, advertising, and retail software and I.T., always aiming for reliable delivery and strong collaboration.

In my current role as an ERP Support Engineer (Contract) with MTN Nigeria, I coordinate an upgrade of a payroll database from Oracle 11g to Oracle 19c, manage APIs, and fix programmatic errors on specific ERP systems. I provide reports on Azure availability and total latency, perform mobile application testing, handle vulnerability remediation support, and build SQL/PLSQL workarounds while escalating incidents and problems to resolution within SLA.

Previously, as an Application Support Analyst (Contract) and technical lead, I re-configured extended server and disaster recovery nodes, tuned load balancer nodes for IFS ERP systems, and acted as standby support and PLSQL developer when vendor issues weren’t addressed. I also led UAT activities (including API and business process testing), built advanced SQL reports for strategic business intelligence needs, managed IFS users and roles, and supported data reconciliations between IFS downstream and Oracle Fusion upstream. I hold an M.Sc. in Information Technology and are certified as an Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer and Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Certified Associate).
