I am an Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate (1Z0-071), focused on database administration where performance, security, and reliable operations matter. I bring a strong foundation in process optimization, analytical thinking, and a careful, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

At SunTrust Bank Nigeria as a Core Banking Application Officer, I optimized complex SQL queries for data retrieval, insertion, updates, and deletion—improving query performance and execution times. I created SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and anonymous blocks to automate tasks, and I maintained relational databases using Oracle Database with attention to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

I also supported operational reliability through core banking database administration and 2nd-level support, including database replication monitoring, release testing, and patch deployment. I worked on security solutions aligned with Core Banking API Development & Integration (Open Banking API compliant) and collaborated with information security teams on Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) tools alongside password dualization on the servers.

Before that, I sharpened my execution and communication in customer support and project coordination. At DLight Nigeria Limited, I used CRM tools like Atlas and Ameyo to resolve escalated complaints, audit and update customer records to remove duplicates, and identify upsell opportunities. With Huawei Technologies, I supported telecommunications project delivery through payroll processing using enterprise tools (WeLlink, NAV, Oracle HR), daily reporting (including Single Site Verifications), and scheduling site tasks for major clients.
