At Search Atlas, I lead product direction for AI-driven SaaS, including an internal agent platform for operational workflows, reporting, QA, ticket creation, and engineering support. I work directly with engineers on reliability, integrations, execution behavior, and production issues.
I make product and architecture decisions around agent skills, context, tool access, approvals, execution states, and observability. I use Claude Code, Cursor, SQL, and Retool to prototype workflows, validate data, and investigate issues.
At Grupo Bamaq, I owned product direction and delivery for Koneq, a telemetry platform for heavy equipment. I translated field and business needs into technical requirements and worked through data-quality and reliability issues across telemetry, APIs, and integrations.
At Intermedia Ventures LLC, I led a distributed team delivering a data-intensive web platform, and at Intermedia Ventures / Stack31, I built and launched an MVP for restaurant menu and payment workflows. Earlier at Localiza, I led product work for chatbot, customer-service, and integration initiatives.
