What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an early-stage role where I can partner with founders, own undefined problems end to end, and build practical process while coordinating across product, sales, and operations—moving fast with real accountability.

I’m a generalist operations professional who works directly with founders and leadership to bring structure to ambiguity and keep execution moving. I’m most effective when problems are undefined, I can own them end to end, and I can build process where none exists.

Across consulting and executive support, I’ve led work that required research, stakeholder conversations, and clear, client-facing reporting under tight timelines. In a six-week engagement, I independently structured an undefined challenge around integrating VCSE into the tech sector, then coordinated a cross-functional team to deliver on time.

In early-stage environments, I collaborate closely with founding teams—diagnosing product and operational challenges, translating them into actionable recommendations, and driving follow-through with minimal oversight. I’m drawn to early-stage companies where ownership is real and the work changes week to week.
