At TCS (Cigna Healthcare), I own delivery of the Drug List Configuration module, enabling internal users to define rule-based drug lists for 1,200+ corporate clients using U.S. National Drug Code standards. I also drove modernization of a legacy healthcare benefits platform into a scalable, integration-ready web solution supporting 2M+ employees.
By prioritizing scalability improvements and refining system architecture with engineering teams, I eliminated recurring performance-related support tickets that had reached about 50 per week. I also led enterprise client onboarding by defining product workflows and configurable benefit structures.
At TCS (Alstom), I served as lead product manager on a platform initiative consolidating procurement, supply chain tracking, and invoicing across 11 acquired manufacturing companies. The integration reduced support tickets by 40% and average delivery time by 30%; improved demand visibility also helped raise factory utilization from about 70% to 89%.
On BuildOps, my independent project, I validated a builder and interior contractor pain point through about 20 user interviews, then used Claude and Bolt.ai to develop and ship an MVP now in active use by early users. Earlier, I worked in quality engineering and software engineering, including developing U.S. taxation forms aligned with IRS regulations.
