What I'm looking for

I'm interested in providing professional customer support, responding to customer inquiries, and helping resolve customer concerns through online communication channels. I'm willing to learn new digital tools, follow procedures, and contribute to a remote customer service team.

At a building materials shop in Runda, I assist customers in identifying and selecting materials and answer questions about available products and their uses.

I support daily sales and customer service, helping customers find products that meet their needs.

During my construction internship at Ruyenzi Company Group Ltd, I applied knowledge from my Building Construction studies and participated in assigned activities under guidance.

I completed TVET/A2 studies in Building Construction at Don Bosco Gatenga TSS in 2026. I use Microsoft Word and Excel and am interested in providing customer support through online communication channels.
