Ishika Ghosh

I’m a System Engineer (Associate System Engineer at TATA Consultancy Services) contributing end-to-end to a high-scale, SEBI-regulated financial platform, working across Core Java backend and JSP/JavaScript frontend. I focus on security remediation, legacy code refactoring, and owning business-critical features from scratch, including Pre-IPO file upload, validations, and data modeling. I also optimize batch processing with data-driven workload partitioning and resolve real-time production issues through root-cause analysis and safe fixes with minimal downtime.

Earlier, as a Full Stack Developer Intern at Atomos Technologies, I built a React (Next.js) frontend for MIS in the insurance domain and integrated RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express. My projects, like MONEYMATE and BRAINRUSH 2K24, strengthen my ability to deliver full-stack experiences with authentication, payments/ticketing workflows, and responsive user interfaces—supported by performance for 450+ users during live events. I bring strong problem-solving momentum from 400+ LeetCode solutions and recognition as Runner-Up in Hyland India Hackathon 2022 and Smart India Hackathon 2022 Grand Finalist.
