I’m a Customer Service Representative who handles high-stress situations with professionalism, staying calm while resolving disputes or conflicts. I focus on empathy and clear communication to turn concerns into loyalty and repeat business.
Most recently, I managed escalated calls efficiently at Siparia Sports Ltd., finding satisfactory resolutions for both customers and the company. I also responded to customer requests for products, services, and company information, keeping service accurate and timely.
Previously, at Dreamstones Jewelery, I assisted customers with product-related questions, feedback, and complaints. I addressed customer service enquires quickly and accurately while building rapport through courteous, professional communication.
