At National Institutes of Health (NIH), I assessed patients’ needs, completed intakes, and created individualized care plans. I also connected patients with community resources, including financial assistance and food and medical care.
I supported patients by researching and updating community services, scheduling meetings, and following up. I translated information between English and Spanish to help patients understand available resources.
At La Clínica del Pueblo, I communicated with youth and school personnel to support young people’s well-being and academic performance through case management. I maintained client data and case notes with integrity and confidentiality.
As a Unit Supply Specialist with US Army Reserves, I developed processes for receiving and delivering supplies, kept inventory records, and conducted physical inventories. I also coordinated shipments and planned for future supply needs.
