I'm looking to lead credit, portfolio, collections, or risk operations where I can use data, segmentation, team leadership, and process design to improve repayment, recovery, and customer outcomes.

At Watu Credit Limited, I lead five Supervisors and 51 Credit Officers managing more than 40,000 financed customer accounts. I own portfolio performance, delinquency management, recoveries, and operational execution.

I've improved portfolio KPIs through targeted WinBack, PRC, Welcome Call, and Waiver strategies, maintained Back-to-Portfolio rates of 85%–91%, and increased repossessed asset collections by 25% month over month. I also led PRC collections peaks above KES 13M monthly and achieved asset release rates up to 55%.

I use Looker dashboards, automated KPI tracking, segmentation, and robo-call strategies to strengthen repayment outcomes and customer experience. My work has earned Credit Manager of the Year recognition in 2023 and 2025.
