At Medidata (Dassault Systèmes) I defined product requirements, led UX redesigns for a Patient Cloud app with 100K+ downloads, and reduced onboarding time from 6 to 2.5 minutes while increasing daily onboarding volume by 20%. I translated customer workflows into prioritized backlogs, partnered with UX and engineering, and used SQL and analytics to guide prioritization and post-release improvements.
