I'm available for full-time work on U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

As a Freelance Systems Developer at Self-employed, I gather requirements from clients and deliver digital tools from scoping through deployment. I built Ákora, a dashboard that organizes sales, inventory, orders, and commission data for a retail distributor and 20+ resellers, replacing manual spreadsheets.

At BAJR – Belas Artes Junior Consulting, I owned the outbound prospecting program, generating approximately 120 leads, 40 qualified meetings, and 4 closed B2B contracts per month. I built a custom CRM with an AI agent for personalized outreach and meeting scripts, and reported weekly KPIs for a 30-member team.

I also built an automated pricing tool to speed up proposal preparation. In my e-commerce work, I ran my own Shopify business and supported store and marketplace operations at RDI Sports & Riviera Wear and Clic Metais e Produtos.

I use Claude daily for data organization, correspondence, and process documentation, and bring a background in international trade, administrative support, and e-commerce operations. I'm available full-time on U.S. Eastern Time.
