What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Success Intern (Technical Squad) focused on turning onboarding into real product value. I run implementation and onboarding meetings with clients, configure Apple Developer & Google Play Console environments, and help create developer accounts and app-ready environments.
I also support clients day to day by monitoring activity via HubSpot, managing tickets in Azure DevOps, and providing technical support alongside developers. I enjoy technical troubleshooting and bridging communication between customers and engineering to keep progress moving.
Beyond customer success, I developed and maintained websites using the Wix platform—so I’m comfortable working across both support workflows and hands-on web execution. My approach combines clear communication, structured problem-solving, and strong teamwork.
Before this role, I worked as an Administrative and IT Support Intern at Conselho Tutelar de Portão/RS, where I handled in-person and telephone customer service, supported administrative routines, and provided basic IT infrastructure support (computer configuration and network troubleshooting). I’m currently studying Systems Analysis and Development at Unisinos, which strengthens my ability to learn fast and contribute to technical teams.
